Yes Blogger Fans and Blogger Buddies we have all seen the above "PayPal Donate" Button/Gadget on many Blogs and Web Sites before, even the Gay Ones!!!  However that may not be true much longer for it is now being report to me that PayPal is starting to refuse their service by blocking donations to blogs with gay content, along with everything else that they don't believe should be on the Net and Blog/Web Site Owners of such kind of Blogs/Web Sites are starting to receive the following form e-mail from PayPal...
