The other blog so many hot guys, which has nothing to do with the other with same name, is still opened.
And the one who runs theuncutguys blogs put in number 3 the following link in case it would be shut down, what now happened: (But i am not sure if he wants to restart Nr 3 or begin number 4)

i think that the word (New) beside the name of the blog just means that the blog is new on the "under review"-list and not that it has probably reopened.
