Google Blogger Content Policy Change - Porn Is Going Away Along With So Many Gay Blogs!!!

Yes Blogger Fans and Blogger Buddies the END is coming and not ONLY To This Blog but about 95% Of All GAY BLOGS for Google sent out e-mails today to ALL Blog Owners that have the "Adult Content Warning Window" turn on!!!  And the following is what the e-mail stated....

Dear Blogger User,

We're writing to tell you about an upcoming change to the Blogger Content Policy that may affect your account.

In the coming weeks, we'll no longer allow blogs that contain sexually Explicit or graphic nude images or video. We'll still allow nudity Presented in artistic, educational, documentary, or scientific contexts, or Where there are other substantial benefits to the public from not taking Action on the content.

The new policy will go into effect on the 23rd of March 2015. After this Policy goes into effect, Google will restrict access to any blog identified As being in violation of our revised policy. No content will be deleted, But only blog authors and those with whom they have expressly shared the Blog will be able to see the content we've made private.

Our records indicate that your account may be affected by this policy Change. Please refrain from creating new content that would violate this Policy. Also, we ask that you make any necessary changes to your existing Blog to comply as soon as possible, so that you won't experience any Interruptions in service.

You may also choose to create an archive of your Content via Google Takeout
(HTTPS://www.Google.com/settings/takeout/custom/blogger).

For more information, please read here
(HTTPS://support.Google.com/blogger?p=policy_update).

Sincerely,
The Blogger Team

So Blogger Fans and Blogger Buddies I will keep this Blog Open till Sunday March 22nd, but I see no need to do any more posting of the Master List Here over the next 30 days since so many Gay Blogs will be closed to the public on March 23rd!  However, I will continue posting to New Found Blogs and Websites for you up to March 21 since so many of them are NOT on Google.

A Final Note Here: The one good thing about all this is and that is Google is saying that those Blogs with Adult Content can remain up and running has long has it is a "PRIVATE BLOG"!!!  This means at least all of us will still be able to access everything that is on Our Blogs in the event we want to open it on another service!!!

Wishing All Gay Blog Owners on Google only the Best and if you are in any need of help, please feel free to e-mail me.

Blogger Hugs To All
Thanks For All The Love And Support That So Many Have Share With Me Over The Past Many Years.

Hi Brent -

I also want to sincerely thank you for your support over the years.

I closed up shop on Blogger and have been on TUMBLR for many months now and highly recommend it as a safe and reliable platform.

Best of luck to everyone !!

Thanks a lot for your great blog! A pity you close it.

Why not continue with a different strategy? From now on you could list the blogs that are still online ;-) But seriously, please let this blog open, e.g. you could publish the new addresses of the blogs that will be private soon. After a blog is private the visitors can no longer be informed about the new URL.

Another hint: I don't think that Tumblr is a good idea. You cannot backup your content there. And I reported it already some time ago: also Tumblr is closing gay blogs! E.g. if there are copyright complaints. And we all use pictures that are not our own ones.

So the best solution is a self-hosted Wordpress blog of course. Or staying at blogger with g-rated content.

I think they've rescinded the policy....

Hey Ward And Unknown, while I'm seeing several reports of this information being posted on the Net from various sources like you and I hoping it is TRUE, but till I receive an e-mail from Google stating the fact that they have changed their minds, I'm not so sure this may be TRUE!!! (Brent)
