Has anyone thought about contacting the ACLU about this? I wonder if Blogger is targeting "straight" sites - or only "gay" sites?
If they're only locking out gay sites, this might be of interest to the ACLU, or possibly even Lambda Legal. Just a thought.

I see a potential problem with those who have moved over their blogs from blogger to nibblebit. Your images are still on bloggers servers and so if they delete them, your images will also vanish from nibblebit.
I looked at a few of your nibblebit blogs and the images are all on blogspot.com servers.
Just letting you know that it could be a problem in the future if they delete them. The xml file does not carry over the images. Just the posts, etc. Same on Wordpress that we use.

@ GAYPARADOX ALLAN Actually, all the images are on Google Picasa.
When one is using Blogger and uploads an image, it automatically gets stored in Picasa. In effect, Google is giving Blogger users Picasa storage. That is why a Blogger user can allow viewers to view their Picasa images. Most folks using Blogger have no idea where their images are being stored. Google Blogger has made this choice automatic, and anyone can have Picasa storage free of charge.
