Yes Guys, Google’s search
algorithm, which is one of the most closely guarded secrets in Internet
history, this mega-corporation, which owns everything from Google Earth, Google
Mobile and Google Maps to YouTube, Adwords and dMarc Broadcasting, not to
mention Google Blogger, recently announced it will be discouraging the promotion
of website's that use copyright infringing content by lowering their search

And while it wasn't made
clear whether Google will be removing Google Blogs that Do Post Copyright
material or whether their Blogs will just be lowered in a search for them, We Are
HIGHLY RECOMMEND that all Google Blog Owners to refrain from Posting
Any Copyrighted Material On Your Blogs!!! For this just maybe another way of
saying you're a "Spammer"??? We simply do not know, but it better to be save than
sorry Guys!!! Just thought All Of You Should Know about this ONE!!!

You should never use copyrighted material anyway, you're just asking for trouble.
At the very least give credit and link back to the source. It's very important to LINK BACK to the source. It should you're not the owner and that you are giving credit and allowing your readers to access the original.
If there is a problem you'll likely get a C&D letter or email instead of being shut down.
Also, it's important to have contact information somewhere on your blog. Have at least an email visible so that someone can contact you if they need to. If you don't give people a way to contact you you're asking for trouble again. If they can't contact you, there are left with no choice but to contact Google and then that opens a Pandora's box of trouble.
