Two Is Better Than One!

Yes Fellow Google Blog Owners that old saying that "Two Is Better Than One" is so, so true when it comes to having a Google Blog and for those of you that ONLY HAVE ONE GOOGLE BLOG, I really don't know how you do it.  For you see I just finished setting up a New Google Blog for My Wallpaper Fans that is showing how to make Desktop Wallpapers and by the time I had it finished it, it was already crashing??  And it had only One Post and Five Pages with (12) Gadgets in the Side Bar, 2 Gadgets in the Header and 1 Gadget in the Footer and I might add, ALL Google Gadgets, no third party Gadgets!!!  The Google Stats Widget would no longer show the count and the Google Blog Role List would no longer show the Blog Icons, even after removing them and re adding them. So I went to the Help Forum to see what I could find to fix things and while I did find one thread that sounded somewhat promising and that was to click on Template, then click on "Edit HTML" and then click on "Revert Widget Templates To Default" and I did this for all, but it didn't solve anything.  So to make a long story short, I ended up just creating a second blog, a mirror blog of my first Blog and made it a Private Blog, like I have here for this Blog and My Wallpaper Blog by just adding the number "2" to the blog address of my first blogs. Then using the same Template and adding the same Gadgets that I had in my 1st Blog to this Blog and copied the values of each Gadget like the text boxes into my 2nd Blog.  Once that was done and all the Gadget were still working in my 2nd Blog, I then exported my 1st Blog and saved it to my hard drive which was the (1) Post and (5) Pages and then imported that backup into my 2nd Blog and after doing so, everything was still working in my 2nd Blog as it should be. So I then exported the "Template" Of my 2nd Blog and imported that Template into my 1st Blog and TA DA!!!  My 1st Blog was working once again.  Just goes to show you that having "2 Blogs is Better than 1" when it comes to a Google Blog!!!  Plus now, if Google does close My Newest Blog, I already have a replacement Blog in place and all I have to do is make it a public and get the word out of it's new address.  Hoping this information as been of help to someone and more of you start opening up Your Mirror Blogs, for it is so much easier to do so now than after Your Blog is CLOSED and with this said, here is....
