Didio's blog hasn't been added to the list. His had no objectionable material and they still closed it.

This story preceded the great gay purge.

You guys should know where this is all coming from.

Hi Jeff

The underlying link in this post links to Amateurs from Everywhere 3 on sensual writer, not blondtwinks.nibblebit.com.

Ironically it looks as if Amateurs from Everywhere 3 on Sensualwriter has been closed due to a TOC violation.

I have corrected the underlying link for Blond Twinks. Thanks for bringing this to my attention! It is now correct. Guess this comes from being rushed and not checking my work!

Yes, Amateurs from Everywhere 3 has apparently been closed by SW due to TOS violation. Go figure!

Infuriated by these removals, especially Adam's Candids. He was fearful it would happen and it did. You are also a Google blog site. My guess is they are not going to discriminate between who is "objectionable" and "who isn't". Nasty business.

Hi Donald, Yes I am a google Blogger site. I have had three blogs locked by google. So far, they have not locked this one. Indeed, it is a nasty business. Time will tell.

many years ago Larry Flint, he of "Hustler" fame, won a lawsuit based on First Amendment right to free speech. But, he was publishing his own magazine. Blogger would have to want to defend the rights of their users to free speech in order for them to allow gay, or other non-mainstream sites, to make use of their services against some sort of pressure to have them removed. I don't think anyone knows if it's Blogger that made the decision on their own to eliminate these sites, or whether pressure was put on from outside sources. They make their money from banner advertising mainly. All will be revealed in time!

Jeff: out of curiosity, I went through the blogs you list on your profile. This will be a long post, but tells you what's working and what's not. REMOVED: footfrenzy; brats&punks;boypark; boyoboi; teenboysnaked;wantplus; tiger#39s; sneaker121;
oneman'spleasure;asianXhibits; hotboyskin; STILL ON:hawtdogs; slavesimon; setgay; onlyhotgoss; mcjock; korcine; jockspigs; jackoffmaterial; HBCS; greekbrazilianboy; beaugrossnu; chavaltotal; barepartyboys. BLOG NOT FOUND; all the rest. I think it's just a matter of time. they're going to get them all.

@ Donald...I may be wrong, and I don't wish to me argumentative, but I believe Larry Flint's attorneys successfully argued that pornography was covered under the 1st amendment. The court was silent on other issues such as where pornography can exist, and does every american have the right to distribute pornography anyplace they choose.
Flint's landmark case won the legality of pornography, within certain restraints. There are still many types of porn that are illegal in many civilized countries.

Blogger could eliminate ALL pornography on it's sights, if it wanted to. We bloggers, however, cannot be criminalized if we publish "legalized" porn.

Anyway, thanks for cleaning up my profile list. I just haven't had time to do that. This blog has turned out to be more than I ever imagined. I appreciate ALL of your input, thoughts, ideas, and work.

Jeff: clearly your understanding of the Flint decision is far more in depth than mine. I never resist being corrected. I think you agree with me, however, that Blogger can do what it wants. It's unfortunate if whoever runs the thing can't deal with "porn" especially when there are clearly obvious warnings to those under 18. It is, as you say, absolutely legal depending on its content. such a prudish country. In many European countries and the UK what some here would consider porn is broadcast with regularity on popular TV shows. Kids watch, too. It's almost always "soft" porn and ridulously funny. And healthy. Nothing wrong with the naked human body.

@DONALD I couldn't agree with you more. America is extremely puritanical and extremely christian. Naturally, they do go hand in hand. Not only is the naked human body beautiful, sex is beautiful.

Looking for the culprits? Easy one: the Fred Phelps Cult is doing it (and I'd guess Jon is probably whacking off to material he culled before he flagged.) Want to preserve Blogs? Shut down the "www.godhatesfags.com" and the Hockenbarger backup sites.
