I logged in, went to Google Help, and posted the following request:

My blog is locked from viewers.  I have submitted 4 requests to have this blog unlocked.  The URL is:  http://daddysbadboys.blogspot.com/

Please review it and unlock it.  The only thing posted is a picture of a puppy dog.  Thanks

I posted my request in the "Something is Broken" section of Blogger Help.  Let's see what happens.
