- Go to this link and submit your appeal: https://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?key=pZHHZdeYKeHjcTRpnBYV0Qw&email=true
- Log into your dashboard, if you can.
- If you cannot log in because your entire account has been suspended, CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT
- Go to HELP====>HELP FORUM====>SOMETHING IS BROKEN====>POST A QUESTION
- Category is Something is Broken (default)
- Give a brief summary: "HELP, my blog has been REMOVED!"
- Click CONTINUE
- Click CONTINUE again
- Complete the form,
- giving your blog name,
- UL address, and
- location.
- State what happened and the approximate time your blog was REMOVED without your knowledge.
- State that you have filed an appeal on the Appeal Spreadsheet.
- (Keep it simple folks, just the facts. Don't whine or threaten--that will get you nowhere!) Ask for help to get your blog back up and running.
- Click POST QUESTION
- Click box EMAIL ME WHEN PEOPLE REPLY
- Send the URL of your question to Jeff so I can follow along

Great posting guys, and something that all us bloggers need to be aware of at this uncertain time. I'm working on moving mine over to best male diaries - although those guys use wordpress and it's something that i'm not familiar with.
I've got daily back ups of the blog, have done for a year now, but it still worries me that one day i'll log in and find all the years of work has gone... Why are google doing this? Why persecute us gays?

why why google gone nut
Josh, Google is not persecuting gays, nor are they only closing gay blogs. Brent and I just keep track of the gay blogs which Google removes, but every type of blog gets removed. Google/Blogger uses algorithms which are like robots. The robots (bots) are looking for spam. If anything which even looks like spam is detected, the bots remove the blog. Google has had a 4 step program in place for years which blog owners need to follow in order to get their blog returned.
It's a bad system - and we are only showing the effect it has on gay content blogs. Jeff
Charlie, follow my instructions ASAP. The faster you move the faster your blog will, hopefully, be returned to you. Google employees who turn blogs back on do not work on weekends. So don't wait. Follow my instructions TODAY - and please email me with the URL of your post so I can follow along and make suggestions if necessary. Jeff
