While Jeff has
been dealing with Google far, far longer than I have been, but when Google
announced that they had come out with a New Algorithm that was Closing Fewer
Blogs for "Spamming", I believed Google, being that I have the computer
knowledge that I do, and I truly thought that Google came up with a new game
plan to stop "Spamming" Blogs that was going to stop innocent Blogs from being
closed!! And that was with Google's New Penguin Algorithm back in May of this
Year!! And while Jeff kept telling me, "Brent I don't see any kind of change in
what is going on in the Help Forum, for Blogs are still being CLOSED!!! YET
again, I kept seeing a major reduction in Closed Blogs that were being reported
to Us and Google was saying that fewer Blogs were being closed!!! So I thought
things were getting better and that is how I was reporting things to all
of You!!! Boy was I wrong and Jeff was so right!!! For after all, more and
more Google Blogs have been steadily being closed by Google every since their
announcement of Penguin, which brings me to...
And while Google
may stated one thing, their actions don't match what they
say....
Well Guys, I
think this sums up what I wanted to share with you this week and the best
advise, as always that Jeff & I can share with You, is to always Blog On
Google in a "Defensive Mode". Have You Open Up a Social Media Site Yet? So
Your Blog Fans can Follow You When Google Closes YOUR BLOG!!! And If You Have,
hoping it wasn't on G+??? For after all, If Google Closes Your Blog, They More
Than Likely Will Also Be Closing Your G+ Account As Well, so Why Even Join???

Thanks for your mention and support. Dunmyeddin was made invitation only for a long time after the nuking due to a fear of similar happening as Blogger gave no explanation in spite of repeated requests (they didn't even acknowledge them).
Dunmyeddin is basically biographical accounts from a number of sources and I could have understood if the accounts had been pure fantasy but being unable to relate actual events grate. What happened to freedom of speech?
There were some incidents of abuse suffered by myself and one or two others. Whilst those particular accounts may not be pleasant to read they were even more harrowing for those subjected to it. If Blogger wants to look at things through rose-tinted glasses and pretend such things don't happen, shame on them.
The story is one I feel needs airing and if some of the accounts offend I'm sorry, but that is life and it is time for the bleeding hearts to wake up and smell the coffee.

P, when Google/Blogger nukes a blog, it is almost always without warning. Further, even after spending a significant amount of time following their review process, they will NEVER tell the owner why the blog was closed in the first place. This is the way they have chosen to operate their free service: Blogger.
To protect your blog, and all your hard work, I hope you follow all the advice we have supplied in this blog, and the most important advice is BACK UP! Never put Google/Blogger in the position of stripping you of all your work. G/B can be replaced, your work cannot!
