In this case it took 17 days to get a reply. Blogger allows absolutely no appeals of a decision.
This begs at least four questions (and responses):
2. Is it worth waiting 17 days to get a reply? Wellllll, that's up to you. These blogs are free, and my father always says, "you get what you pay for".
3. Can I open another blog at Blogger while waiting for a reply? Sure you can. If your original blog is re-opened, you end up with two blogs. If your original blog is never re-opened, you have a blog to work with.
4. Should I leave Blogger? Well, again, that's up to you.
Happy Bloggin'
Jeff

If you want to reopen another blog on BLOGGER, there is just one problem. If the "bots" think you're a REALLY EVIL person, they will not only delete your blog, but also ALL of your GOOGLE accounts - every single one of them. You Tube, Picasa, Panoramio, Gmail, even your Google Profile - totally eliminated. Like they own the whole goddamm world (which in one sense, they DO). They did this to 'Tony's Red Flash'; an intense, exquisitely written biography in the third person of his life as a gay child in those "golden" mid-century years, when homosexuality was considered lower than whale shit. In my opinion, he did everything right; "adult content" warning cover, even posting cautionary advisories. None of his posts, IMO, even came close to what the courts would consider as pornography. Of all blogs to obliterate in this so-called "freedom of speech" forum; WHY THIS ONE ????
I have totally lost any respect I may have had for GOOGLE and its cronies. It shouldn't have happened. It just shouldn't have happened.

Hi, guys. I seem to have lost your e-mail address, though I know you've e-mailed me before. I just wanted to let you know that I've started a new KeithKats blog. It's called KeithKats: The Fourth Life, and the address is http://keithkatsiv.blogspot.com
Yes, it's still on Blogger. : ( But, for several reasons, it's just easier that way. This old dog isn't in the mood to learn any new tricks--at least not tonight! Thank you for getting the word out that I'm back online again.
FOGGY..yes, Google has been known to completely wipe out a person's entire account as you mentioned. This does not seem to happen often, according to my experience and feed-back from viewers, but it does happen. There seems to be nothing other than possible spam to account for the closing of blogs by bots. I truly don't believe it is a gay thing since so many other blogs get shut down in exactly the same way.
Luckily, Tony has re-opened. Check our re-opened list and you can continue to read his excellent writings.

Keith, talk about persistence! Guess the old dog has plenty of life in him! We will get the word out.
KeithKats: The Forth Life
No one's keeping you down!!

The offensive and insulting part of this sham is how they claim it to be a "judicial process"!
The sad part is that, even though it is such a farce, Blogger seems to be the only hosting company that has any kind of review process at all.
KeithKats is back! Yay!
H A W T...as you said, at least Blogger does have a review process. Too bad it is so slow, and for some, not easy to follow.
