Google is finding themselves
in front of More Than One Judge Around The World these days trying their best to defend all
what they have done and what they are doing and I was somewhat surprised to find
what I have found and I think You will be also!!!
And while done of the
lawsuits are dealing with Blogging...at least not has
of yet...
Well just maybe the
following will help explain why it takes so long to get a Closed Blog
Re-opened... ((( Big Smile )))??? For Google is somewhat very busy these days!!!
My search lead me back to
February of last Year when I found that Safari (Apple) Sued Google Over Privacy
Problem!!!
"When it rains, it pours: Google has taken a bit of criticism and
drawn the attention of a number of members of Congress for its role in
"Safarigate," or accusations that Google bypassed the privacy settings on
Apple's Safari web browser to track iPhone and iPad usage. But that's not the
only branch of government with which the company will soon be
contending.
According to a report
from Bloomberg, a Safari user in Illinois has filed the first class-action
lawsuit against Google for its role in the Safari mix-up – alleging that
Google's "willful and knowing actions" violated federal wiretapping laws, among

Later....Google Officially Responds to Safari-Tracking Lawsuit!!!
"Google
is asking the court to tell those people to get lost. The search giant filed an
official motion to dismiss the lawsuit this week, stating the plaintiffs’ claims
“lack standing,” mainly because they suffered no demonstrable injury over the
ads, and that Google never obtained anyone’s personal information via the

Well Guys, to me that is
just like saying, "Ya Judge We Did Wrong But No One Got Hurt By It, So What Is
The Big Deal"!!!
Or in Our World, well to me
that is just like saying, "Closing Google Blogs causes no harm to anyone and no
one suffers!!" For after all, "We Are Stopping Spamming Blogs"!!! YA RIGHT
GOOGLE!!! How about all the innocent Blog Owner's and All Their Followers that
suffer when You Do So???
Are You beginning to see the mindset that Google Has Here Guys and why this problem is never going to end
with Google Blogs being closed after seeing the Way They Think when answering a
lawsuit in a court of LAW!!! OH YA, They Going to jump on Your Request To Get
Your Closed Blog RE-OPENED IN THE HELP FORUM, FOR SURE!!!

Microsoft Pulled Google Into
Motorola Lawsuit Over Android!!! "So now Google is not behind patent
lawsuits, recently Microsoft pulled Google into Motorola lawsuit over Android.
In detail, Microsoft said on Friday it plans to add Google as a defendant in
Germany in one of its patent actions against Google’s phone maker, Motorola
Mobility. Microsoft contends that Google’s Android infringes its software
patents but so far has pursued handset makers rather than Google itself for
payment of royalties. So now Google will defend its company, Motorola and

first we practice to deceive!!!! And while I'm a strong believer that
information is the best defense against over coming any problem, like I have said so many times before, I am also
